Cities sleep Cities wake Stumbling, struggling, running past For years have come And years have gone Histories engraved on every brick The trees they watch and giggle at them the people, what are they running for? The children, what are they dreaming of? Dreams, breathless and alluring Seemingly near And yet so far The skies, they have seen through the aeons Its children hustling for who knows what? With bated breath, as one awaits, I sit and wonder, Whose side to take..?

You be cheating on me?
Street vendors and their flair for hisaab! And the never ending paucity of change!
'Did she just click me? 'A line I heard a number of times when I turned around to leave. Oh and their were others too.
'Are you from phoreign?
'Which paper are u with?'
And not to forget'
'Shobayi ei dike takan, chhobi tola hoche!' ( Everyone, look this way, a photo is being taken)
Simple joys of life.
Yes, solitudes. One cannot weigh it most of the time. Some doors, they don't open.(right. I wanted this line aligned with the first pic but oh, hell.)
